1. Free Trial Period

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial of Policy Lift. During this trial period, you have unrestricted access to all features of the platform. If you decide that Policy Lift is not the right fit for your agency, you can cancel your account before the trial period ends, and you will not be charged.

2. Subscription Billing

After the 14-day free trial, your chosen subscription plan will begin automatically, and the payment method on file will be charged according to the selected plan’s billing cycle (monthly or annually).

3. Refund Eligibility

Since we offer a comprehensive free trial, we do not provide refunds once your subscription has started. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period if you do not wish to continue.

However, exceptions to this policy may be made in the following circumstances:

Billing Errors: If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the billing date for a review.

Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will promptly issue a refund for the duplicate charges.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Policy Lift account settings. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, no further charges will be made, and your account will revert to a free or inactive status.
